Order processing times. Normally all orders will be ready to ship within 2 business days from order. If in unforeseen situations this will take longer the customer will be advised

Domestic and international shipping. Uk art pottery will pick the most appropriate shipping method depending on destination and weight and value of goods. In the Uk the vast majority of orders go via Royal Mail or via delivery by ourselves for large orders. Uk orders normally arrive in less than one week and international orders normally within two weeks. If in unforeseen situations this is likely to take longer the customer will be advised with an option to cancel.

Shipping costs. Uk shipping is a fixed price of £5. European countries fixed price £10, Asian countries fixed price £10, North America £25 up to £1000, £40 up to £2000, £60 up to £4000, over £4000 is £90.
